Dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery depends on your delivery pincode,Product availability and Order type (ready-to-ship or made-to-order)
Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping across India.
International Shipping
We ship selected EUNA pieces internationally.
Estimated delivery: 18–20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return Window
For Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused.
- Original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoices must be intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory in case of claims related to missing or incorrect items.
Please record the package from its sealed state while opening for your claim to be considered valid.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after successful pickup and quality verification.
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
Promotional Returns: Refunded as EUNA Store Credit where applicable.

How to Initiate a Return/ Exchange
- Visit the Account section on the EUNA website.
- Click on the Order ID post login in your respective account.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide:
- Reason for return
- Minimum two clear images
- Pickup address and preferred date
- Refund method preference

EUNA Lifetime Care Promise
At EUNA, we believe precious things should endure. Our Lifetime Care Promise ensures long-term assurance for your jewellery.
Scope of Warranty
Our Lifetime Care covers tarnishing or discoloration of plating on eligible jewellery.
Exclusions
The Lifetime Care Promise does not cover:
- Damage due to regular wear and tear
- Breakage caused by mishandling
- Loss of stones or crystals
- Third-party resizing or alterations
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
How to Raise a Warranty Claim
- Take a clear photograph of the affected item (showing tarnishing or issue).
- Email our support team with:
- Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence
- Once approved, self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
- Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.
Important Notes
All claims are subject to inspection and validation by the EUNA quality team.
EUNA reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside warranty coverage.
